TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER (TSE) Job location: Sumatera / Pekanbaru
Main responsibitlities:
- Performing fabrics technical services (Forming/ Press/ Dryer/ Roll survey/ Shut down inspection)
- Presented survey result to customer, but not limited to TSE / TSM for every visit. Develop relationship with customer, and gain the credit of trust by providing quality service and product, focusing always on increasing the customer profitability and machine run ability
- Updating GV Report and GV Call report on every machine visit.
- Reporting to Regional Sales Manager and Service Coordinator. Updating Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Task / To Do.
- Reporting / Involving Product Performance – Application Department on any deviations performed by customer.
- Advising and discussing with customer any issue that may arise cause by the deviation performed.
- Responsible for Forming/ Press/ Dryer/ Roll Survey equipment’s performance.
- Used and spare equipment status should be updated to Service Coordinator to avoid service delayed.
Other responsibilities:
- Technical Service Engineer should able to backup other service beside their main service.
Other condition for the job:
- Willing to be relocated to customer’s site and ready to travel, with flexibility of change of schedules.
Familiar with local customs and tradition of each business regional of Indonesia. - High self-motivated, team spirit and able to work under pressure independently.
- Technical services experience in paper industry are highly welcomed
Job requirement:
- University Degree from Chemical, Industrial Technic, Machine. Fresh graduate is welcome.
- Active English speaking capability
